I'm quite certain this is due to the 1.10 mastery of the racial tree, which probably causes the stat gains to be increased by 10%, thus causing inaccuracies in the display due to rounding. What's even the point of having any racial tree at a mastery different than 1.0? It's not like anyone else can ...

Bump - any answers to this? It's really annoying, since disabling the shaders, besides making the game uglier, also deactivate the screen's reddening when on low health, and I've just now realized how dependent I had become on that

I've finally found the culprit of this annoying issue that I've had since 1.1.2! That's pretty much it. If I try to deactivate an aura and target myself to avoid the spiking (as the tooltip says), nothing happens and the aura stays active.
