I wanted to use the Adventurer class to create a mix between Skirmisher and Archer with emphasis on maximum speed. I know, but I am still baffled why this skill is in effect race-locked for Adventurer but not any other class that starts with it.

Learning any talent from a category that begins with "technique/archery" will teach you shoot and reload. So this doesn't work with all races? All those talents need 18 dex minimum, with the +2 dex the Adventurer gets and 3 stat points for the first level this means only races with at lea...

I had the same issue on one of my machines which had ToME installed around 1.0 or 1.1ish and then constantly updated, but not on a freshly installed system with 1.3 freshly installed. Copying over the ~/.t-engine directory from the fresh install to the older install solved my problem. Maybe an incom...
