boot-te4-1.4.0-nomusic.team does exits - methinks launcher does not update the no music package

Hi,

Running Beta 1.05e on Windows 7 with all current updates to the OS

About half of the time, I hit Ctl-x to save and quit, I get your error window and a message is dispatched to you. When this happens the only way to save and quit the game is to end it in the Task manager
