if this cannot be fixed it would be better to remove cloud saving completely. Looks like I will have to transfer saves manually

I can confirm now that using cloud saves when playing on more than one computer (I have a desktop at home and sometimes I play ToME on laptop at work) may cause problems with explored locations. Strange, I also tried to delete zone file for Angolwen multiple times to reset it but the game somehow always remembers it.
Also, I found out that some of the already explored zones (Trollmire, The Maze,..) have been reset completely. Seems like a bug to me.

Any chance that new classes will need to be unlocked first ? Because I have the most fun trying (and failing) to unlock things, classes in particular.
If not, PLEASE add some feature which will give us the option to choose whether the class needs to be unlocked or not !!

also you can remove the point in the skill, or simply disable auto-assigning starting skill in the options

In many other games that favors achievements by difficulty, you automatically get lower ones if you complete them on higher difficulty. And with the number of achievements in ToME on Steam, paired with difficulty of nightmare and higher, I really dont think I will ever have the time to hunt the lowe...

Getting achievements of lower difficulties on NM and higher
I think it would be great to make it possible getting lower difficulty achievements along with higher ones. Personally I dont want to play on normal anymore as Im trying to beat the game on nightmare, so getting all the normal difficulty steam achievements seems pretty pointless.

You shouldn't; if the class appeals to you it's reason enough :) Im no coder and ToME is one of the few games I dont enjoy playing with addons.
