I just won with this build (lvl 50 skeleton rogue, winning on normal/roguelike, name "Earefast"). I picked up lucky day and tricks of the trade, and ended up getting Death's Embrace which gives an additional +0.10 Stealth mastery. With a cat point, prodigy, and that equip I had 1.80 master...
