The only mod we had in common was "Draconian," so I'm assuming that's the culprit. I'm going to post a game log to the draconian forums.

I'd just like to chime in on the "eat artifacts" ability. There is nothing stopping someone from using the item xfer ability in the sher'tul fortress to just endlessly feed a glutton from the unused/outdated artifacts of other toons.

I'm having this EXACT same problem, and I'm not using that Extra Dungeons addon (although I do have the draconian one installed). Simply turning off all my addons didn't help, and every "Lost Man" dream plays out the same way. As a note, even the ghouls exhibit similar behavior... they are...
