So, first thing that immediately comes to mind is that Cleave is trash.

Savage Hunter should be giving you all the time you need to pick off targets with ease, so what you actually should have been using was Repel for the chance to evade hits.

Very odd. I'm almost tempted to suggest to you to run Cornac just so you can get Rampage immediately. It's not quite the same as a Movement Infusion but it's the closest thing without leaving you at the mercy of the RNG.

Not sure what's going on as you should be bumping into everything with ease in a pre-Insane difficulty. Actually, I was speaking more from my experience building adventurers -- you really don't need much in the way of damage-per-turn so long as you can shut down enemy healing.
