Similar issues have occurred for me in the past. The issue was solved by starting a game without addons.

Um, why does Stalagmite Shell convert to cold damage? Stalagmites are made of rock, not ice. Are you maybe thinking of icicles?

Has anyone given a thought to making a ninja class? Sort of a rogue/mage mix, with a bit of summoner?

Wow, you've updated this addon 9 times in 4 days. Most developers do that much over the course of months. You should consider releasing these revisions in batches.

I got it! I turned off every add-on except for Stone Warden and Item Vault, made a new character (Yeek Doomed), got to lv 20, went to the Caldera, got into the wife dream, and it was working!
