It's been about two months since the last release. There's quite a few outstanding bugs, as you can see in the bug section. This includes at least one exploit I know about that allows for infinite stats.

I'm kind of surprised this still hasn't been fixed. Well, I'm surprised there hasn't been a patch since 1.4.6/1.0.3, actually. If you're using a fire infusion, the bomb clears the smoke and you would have been better off bombing them straight away. According to a report in another thread, this is apparently /not/ true. Bone Shield has the no_sustain_autoreset flag enabled.
