FWIW I saw a Void Orb in 1.2.1, and saw the Spectre linked in chat by a 1.2.3 user a couple days ago. That being said, it still seems to be among the rarest T5 arts I can think of.

Is acting very strange, often fading on the same turn as the kill. Duration seems to be random, zero to six movement turns max.
Tested it roughly twenty times, fighting a single opponent and never taking any action afterwards other than moving.

This list is very dependent on the difficulty setting. On Normal difficulty lots of the melee types (brawler, marauder, AB, etc) are insanely OP late game (20k+ dmg per global turn).. but are so bad early game (on Nightmare+) that you might not ever get East (and vice versa). Thanks for the write up, very informative!
I'd just like to point out that Eden's Guile scales with cunning (as of 1.0.1, didn't test earlier). On a 100cun marauder it was +70% global speed, and on 145cun AB it was a smokin' +92% !!!

Cyst Burst spreads all diseases on the target (except ghoul rot i think?). I'm not sure if cata can spread epidemic or not, it didn't really matter because even a single disease catabomb/overkill will wipe out everything in a 2 tile radius regardless of whether the disease spreads or not. Yeah, I tend to play mostly high damage/low survivability stuff, make it dead asap or get out (Rogue/Corrupter/etc).
