Re: Drowning removed
My counterpoint is, as always, "Keep drowning, and in fact add an achievement for drowning enough NPCs named Swimming Lessons."

Re: No boss in pocket of distorted time repeatedly
I am glad I found this thread rather then remake it - I have suffered the same bug!

Tinker escorts and what classes they work with
So, for those who have the new expansion and unlocked certain requirements, you can now find tinker escorts. Put aside for a moment that the actual talents you can get from them seem pretty dang rad, what classes would make the best use of learning the two tinker trees? As I understand it, recipes a...

Re: Embers of Rage Lore - Discussion, questions, etc.
This just makes me wonder if it's possible to beat Embers without even doing that questline. Free the orcs and all that, then instead of assaulting Gates, just run past it and go after the giants.

Re: Sawbutcher overpowered or campaign too easy?
As someone with no practice with ranged classes at all, what are peoples' thoughts regarding gunslinger and psyshot in general?

Re: Embers of Rage Lore - Discussion, questions, etc.
In the victory screen it listed a potential baddy in the future as...I cannot remember the name but it was something like "League of Hal'Somethingerever." It was definately three letters, apostrophe, buncha letters. ...So uh, who on earth are they? The name definitely didn't ring a bell. ...

Re: Sawbutcher overpowered or campaign too easy?
I'm not sure if "easier" is the best way to put it. The campaign has a better difficulty slope. Vanilla tends to be a straight line with the occasional horrible jagged mountain, whereas this is a simple upwards curve. Did you find the end harder than the beginning? My experience was that ...

Re: Prodigies for Sawbutcher in RoE campaign?
If you didn't notice, there are new prodigies! And some are AMAZING for the sawbutcher. The strength based one that gives you ludicrous stats especially.

Re: No Hermit!
So...anyone know how to dig through save files to look it up? Is it salvageable / can the Hermit be respawned? Should I just count myself as being -2 class points and move on?

Re: No Hermit!
Stunt looked through the save and could confirm that the Hermit simply wasn't in the overworld map.
Come on, give me some credit. I looked!

No Hermit!
Simply put: Hermit does not appear. Yes, I checked everywhere ;) Special thanks to Stunt who tried to help me, but was claimed by the demon sleep. Presented here is my saved game; it's too big to add as an attachment. Addons are: Stone Warden, Item Vault, Ashes DLC, Alternate Zones Option , Eternal ...

Re: What Is Vim?
But Blight ISN'T natural. Again, it was created when the Spellblaze broke the universe . It's related to demons, horrors, and other outsiders that don't belong here. Mana is a vague "inner focus," and wizards learn how to use it to power their spells. It's natural, but it's typically used ...

Re: What Is Vim?
Some of it's understandable. Mana is used to tell nature what to do whether it likes it or not, and paradox is literally the magic of breaking space and time. Nature probably doesn't like wizards telling it to shut up and obey, nor does it like paradox mages who are constantly making holes and tears...
