can someone explain how random artefacts are generated? do they use the regular pool of egos? they don't seem to but I could be wrong. do they generate as a specific archetype i.e. physical damage str/con boosting 2h weapon as opposed to an antimagic or psionic bonus 2h weapon or just draw from the ...
