and I figured out it only happens when I killed foes by my melee attack damage so there is no target to hit by auto cast earthern missile.

except this situation it works fine.

I'm playing Skeleton Brawler. and I can't see any breath when I used glove which have breath on-hit effect..

I think it's problem of breath effect cause other gloves on-hit effect working right such as soul rot or Quantum spike
