No but I've managed the fix the problem it was on my end with a glitchy install, sorry about that!

I've never had the chest before, and when I go to select the last option (when the butler tells you you can keep the gold and says take this transmog chest) I get an error, I've reported the error using the in-game error reporter, which should have the error code.
