Just a quick little question, dose anyone have any info on how often the talent Flare blinds at level 3+? And if any stats effect the chance? I always thought it was like the slow from crippling shot and scaled with aim or something, but I'm not sure. any info is helpful!

So, I found the skill 'sunder armor' takes no time to use, never comes off cd. but doesn't do any damage. But the armor pealing still works... and stacks.


Edit; Sunder Armor can kill a mob... if the damage would kill it in one shot.
