suggestion on loot for endless dungeon.
I was thinking, as a way to make the dungeon a bit more rewarding, some kind of ubber unique object (even better than the unique ones you can get from the merchant in the last hope. Both the chance of drop and the power of it related to the level of the dungeon. It would keep some interest in it bes...

Re: Lichdom and You: The Fundamentals of the Art
havent played minions. have played minionless (have several posts) the basics havent changed it seems. ice damage sucks, because it has no beam or direct damage, and if its still as previous versions scales pretty badly. because of the 2 beams, darkness damage is the obvios choice to go with. (get u...

Re: Marauder Guide
Pretty good guide for Antimagic Marauders, but I'm not why you'd want to go Antimagic in the first place considering that Marauders have a shortage of spare generic points and Shalore is the best race for the class (thanks to Timeless). If going Antimagic, you'll want Fungal Blood as a prodigy for ...

Marauder Guide
Hi , im sofocles, ive also written guides for reaver, arcane blade and archmage (arcane). Marauders can be played very similarly to berserkers, only marauder dont have nearly as many hps. You can play both normal and Antimagic marauder. I played Antimagic because 1 marauder can burn stamina pretty fa...

Re: Any tips for a starting Necromancer?
I played in 1.0.5 so it has changed, at that time, cold was a very weak line, having no beam, so darkness was a better option considering you could get 2 beam spells.

Re: [1.1.5] Stealth Shadowblade guide
Interesting guide! I wouldnt do your choice because i recently played rogue and felt stealth had been nerfed to do a lot less damage. I did find on the rogue that misdirection is a worthwhile of 3-5 points because it can cause casters to miss you completely (aoe casters that barely miss still hit yo...

Re: Complaining about dual wielding
temporal warden gets damage from weapon folding , but marauders dont, and yes, the generic talents for marauders are way too few, those 5 points are needed elsewhere.

Complaining about dual wielding
Although when we first think of dual wielding we tend to think of sword and dagger, in tome this is almost NEVER the option, why? Because of double point investment in general talents. Using one big and one small requires to invest in weapons mastery and dagger mastery, thats 10 expensive points... ...

Re: How much has changed?`
Jenx's advice is still solid, worked great for me at least. Solipsist is an incredible powerhouse if you know what you are doing but they have so many strange skills (solipsism tree for example) that it can take while if you don't read any advice. http://forums.te4.org/viewtopic.php?f=60&t=3822...

Re: Reaver guide with staffs (1.15 onwards update)
I havent tried the scourge tree yet, please indulge me, what advantage is there? Soul rot hits harder than channel staff , Drain too, so channel staff is the option when those 2 are on cooldown. Bpat: hadnt thought about that one, virulent disease twice !!! Kills everything. Definetly shalore best o...

Re: General (and somewhat rudimentary) Bulwark guide
First, i want to say, great guide explains everthing clearly and i agree with everything said. Then again i feel bullwarks are lacking in interesting and "setting apart" trees. I would like to see some shield-magic tree and some shield-antimagic tree. How about absorbing spells through you...

Adding replay value
OK so i know there are several races and a lot of classes and i know zones can vary every now and then and i know there are several difficulty levels. But i want some other stuff to add replay value: How about a special option called: more random! Including: Racial atributes can have one or several ...

Reaver guide with staffs (1.15 onwards update)
Hi! Some time ago i wrote a guide for reaver. Since then i stopped playing for a while and only recently i came back... I just finished the game with a ghoul reaver and here are some ideas i wanna share. First: Dual wielding short staffs is huge. You can get: +75% blight damage + 30%crit chance + 70...
