What exactly are the set bonuses? When I formed a set, I noted no difference on the char sheet. Am I doing something wrong or are the bonuses not something I can see on the char sheet?

So what you're saying is that an attack speed of 120 is actually slower than one turn? I had a yellow artifact 2-H axe(?) once that said 200% attack speed in the tooltip, but had 120 or so when i put it on, - I didnt notice any changes in attack speed at all.
