It is happening to me too after dying at trollmire to the boss at the 4th level, exactly same than the first post.

The only strange thing is that in the log it said that i diseased myself to death, I am a corruptor lvl6 and don't know any disease yet!

Found a chinese mirror here don't know who uploaded it but seems working and my anti-virus found nothing wrong.
