At some point, my negative energy regen from lichdom cut out and reduced to +.2, and stopped regenerating at about 15% of my max. I suspect the culprit is Lunar Shield, since every time I equip it I get 'Twilight' on my action bar, and the skill description roughly describes the problem I am having....
