I got the messages for all 3 pushed dungeons as well- Bearscape, Santascape and Poosh.
None of them loaded on the world map, so something's definitely bugged.

Do you mean the random statistic box during loading that says "The character's vault has registered a total of 0 winners in the current version" or something similar?
If so, that's what everyone sees. It's a total counter for all players and isn't working for some reason.

Experienced this on late levels alchemist. Attempting to swap places when engaged in combat by a monster gives a LUA error, dims the screen as if blinded and prevents any further moving. You can use talents, but any attempt to move spawns more LUA errors. Only way out was ctrl+alt+del and reloading....

I thought that's the way loot randomization is supposed to work rather than a bug?

This most likely affects less than 5 people who run ToME on such ancient computers (single core CPU, 512 MB RAM, integrated video, WIN XP). However, the performance was improved a lot in b43/RC1, and new releases going back to the levels of b42 isn't a good thing. I'm not sure what the proper terms ...
