In the undead vault with the 4 paladins at the start you can keep resummoning thought forms(dont know if it works with other summons) and let them die in the lava to kill the ghouls that give experience and loot.

You can get infinite psi per level by putting a point in the skill and then taking it out and putting it in again at the character creation level up screen.
