ToME fails to launch
So, I grabbed ashes, which is great, and played that for a few days. Got around to updating my OS, which I've been putting off forever. (Xubuntu 64) After I ran my updates, I click on ToME and nothing happens. Neither 1.2.4 or 1.2.3 launch at all now. They'll pop up in my task manager for about half...

Animus purge
If you use animus purge on an invoker, it fails to summon the Bringer of Doom when they die. I took direct control, and used some of their awesome abilities, the made sure he died, but nothing... sad for me

Wet is a magical effect, not some mere water drops on you :) The storms caused by hurricane and thunderstorm aren't standard storms either, they are magically created. I like OP's idea, but... Shadows - What do they inherit?
Ok, I tried digging through the code, but I don't exactly know how to read it. What, if anything do my shadows inherit from me? Also, do they scale at all with mindpower, or are they static?

Right, but it should be in the Talent Point Planner, so I can plan for it. I did find it on another char, so it should be revealed in the point planner, yes?

After some source diving and preliminary testing, it looks like most of my addons should work in v1.2 unmodified. I haven't checked the updated version for 1.2, but the point planner from the 1.1.5 doesn't regester the new trees even after you got them with a previous char... I'm trying out vile li...

I have the same problem. My guess is the launcher was imported from the windows launcher, and it doesn't like the linux orginization. DG will get to it eventually, I'm guessing. In the meantime, mine works if I run from t-engine.exe, rather than from the launcher.

So, I'm glad to see the launcher in Linux now too, makes patches between releases possible, but it doesn't seem to work for me. In the Lunux 64 version: I get the error message in the launcher saying "Error: Write directory is not set" but I don't see a place to set it. Clicking on play do...

I don't know if we need to get rid of the old racial tree, although locking it would be an option, but I do think the bonus category should be on the generic side. I never bother with lichform, cuz I can never spare the points for it, but I always seem to have way more generics than I need on a necro.

Animus purge
OK, starting in 1.0.6d, it seems that I can no longer make husks from rares. I'm not sure if this is a bug, or put in place to scale it down. I really liked being able to grab rares, that's kinda what makes the talent work IMHO. Might I suggest allowing rares, but making husks subject to the same LO...
