List of tinker effects at different tiers?

Is there an in-game or out-of-game list of the different tinker modifications? My first sawbutcher had lots of generic points wasted as I tried to figure out what the schematics I knew did and how they scaled with talents.

There was also an instance of s/slack/slake/ that need to occur (maybe s/slacking/slaking/) but I don't have the exact reference. Probably the Cursed merchant caravan?

Launcher problem: Error write directory is not set.

Is this a pre-launcher installation issue? I have never gotten a version that arrived with a launcher to install properly.

Also, is this game installable from behind a proxy now, somehow?

I agree 100% with Ritz. Set the goal amounts according to what you'll need to deliver in a reasonable amount of time. This table is neglecting the level 5 effect of Curses, which I found to the be the actual "should I use this?" decision point. Misfortune 5 in particular is quite nice for High Peak, though not terribly useful for the final fight.

I don't think Arcane Combat needs a cooldown on bolts to balance DW. I think the modifier to proc chance needs to acknowledge that one half the chance per DW weapon results in an Expected Value of procs greater than that of 1H. Change the DW penalty to proc with an EV(2H) = EV(1H) and DW is golden.

This is on the right track, but it isn't enough change. I think the weapon should have the damage figure that the char sheet does, as if it were equipped. The weapon base damage figure is almost useless for estimating how much damage a weapon will do. Power is not a substantial usability improvement...
