Scourge Drake missing skill interaction(Forbidden Cults)

Wyrmic Guile reduces the cooldown for all Wyrmic breath weapons except for Maggot Breath from the Scourge Drake tree. This seems like an unintended oversight.

The idea of paying for more semi-random adventure zones isn't a bad idea, but the Farportal already kind of has that covered and doesn't cost money.
