B42 Quiver stopped reloading 2 a turn.
My quiver has the ability to reload 2 arrows per turn, it was doing this at the start, but then it stopped. Not sure why it stopped but it did. Making the quiver not as good as another one I had but got rid of..

This also happened to me on the first install, it should be noted that a fresh install seems to have squashed this bug, so i'm not sure if it's related to a bad install or if it's actually a bug in the game.
