Is Shadow Veil OP?
I had one playthrough where as soon as I got invisibility things got way too easy (I had the prodigy that reduced your damage penalty). Of course I was still vulnerable to area attacks, but as a whole I regretted taking it. Is Shadow Veil similar? On the surface, it looks very strong. I mean being i...

Is there any reason to use shields over heroic runes?
Since we can now see what our HP is at below zero, I don't see why I would take a shield ever since it doesn't give the stat bonuses that heroic runes do.

How do you tell how much damage a creature can do to you?
This is a big problem for me with rares, they have so many skills etc. that I can't really tell until they hit me, but by that point I might have been one-shot. It's made more complicated because I'm not sure what ability the rare will use on me. Tips?

Stealth-focused rogue build?
Can I get some ideas on this? I'm aware that rogue is considered one of the weaker classes but I'm only playing on normal so I can probably make out OK. Just wondering what I should focus on and in what order.

I donated a while ago, any way to credit on steam?
Is there a way to get credit for my donation on steam to get the expansion there? I donated 15 EUR which should cover the base game and expansion right?

Any way to change UI back to old box targeting system?
For melee powers that is. The new arrow system looks nicer, but I'm very used to pressing 1,2,3, and then hitting "enter" after it autoselects the target--with the new system though, enter makes you target yourself! I know there is the autoattack option, but I'd rather not use that.

Melee temporal wardens?
I would really like to give this a go, I tried pure ranged warden but honestly found it too boring, archery just not my thing I guess. I was thinking I would like to try some sort of pure melee temporal warden, some kind of shadow blade-ish type deal maybe? Any suggestions on how to go about that?

Re: Dumb questions thread
I would love to know the answer to this. Also does it benefit from other extra damage talents (wilful combat for example)AlexanderR wrote:Does Shadow Veil profit from boosting Global/Attack speed?

Re: Dumb questions thread
Is wilful strikes ever worth it? Seems to me if you have momentum it's a waste since it uses ~25 stamina (and you could keep momentum running for another 4 turns in other words for its cost, and you're likely to cause more damage with 4 turns of regular hits... right?)

Re: Uses for invisibility?
On a slightly different note, does anyone else get a big performance hit when invisible? My game runs MUCH less smoothly. Wish there was something I could do about it.

Re: Worst enemy
Those mana draining oozes are a massive pain (I think they're oozes at least... anyways the ones that leak out AOE poison damage green stuff).
Dreadmasters are really really bad to face too.

Re: Uses for invisibility?
Oh ok, thanks. Well I just used invisibility in dark crypt and it made it a cakewalk. None of them except for one rare had any detection so I just took my time and cleaned house ;). Only 3 levels away from tricks of the trade and then the real fun starts  I was a bit confused by how the AI reac...

What is Darkest Light? Is that a weapon or something? I haven't come across that.
