License of ToME's lore?

Would it violate any law if the lore/setting of ToME is used in another game? Say, what if a free CCG game faintly refers to Maj'Eyal as a plane in its multiverse and uses the settings to design a set of cards? Is it permitted or welcome?

I was trying to make a randomized chat, but kept failing at it. It seems that rng.table() or rng.percent() just doesn't work in my chat text. I got "rng.table(greeting)" and "rng.percent(25)" directly printed out in the dialog. I guess the problem is that I haven't required rng, ...

A quick way to test added contents?

After adding new egos/unique items/vaults/unique monsters, is there a way to quickly see how the contents appear in the game?
Guess this can be at least partially achieved by debug mode, but don't know exactly how to use it.

Enable players to send escortees

Change the stay command to the escortees. Instead of just letting them stay where they're, enable players to designate a place in a radius of 3~5 tiles from the escortees for them to go, let escortees go to the tile and stay there till the command expires.

Thought mages would be one-shoted if Bill rushes.

Edit: Done with a Higher Bulwark. The trick is to move into the open area of the lair to enable enough latitude.
