Has anyone found a working fix for this yet? It has started to happen to nearly every character I make. I don't know if that is because I have started making it to Dreadfel/The East more often thus giving it more time to happen, or if the problem is just getting worse. I should note that this can ha...

Any known fix for this yet? It's been happening to me maybe once in every five or so characters. Usually around levels 20-25.
