I like the idea a lot, but as others have said there would have to be measures taken to prevent some categories from spiraling out of control.

I think something should be done to prevent out of depth horrors from appearing in the alt-maze, finding a worm that walks and a radiant horror at level 14 is pretty ridiculous. I believe I heard a suggestion to split horrors into lesser and greater categories to prevent this, it sounds like a good ...

The pinning can destroy melee characters who enter unprepared.

I think they could stand to be at -2 or -3. Personally I avoid them mainly for their low life and how boring a mindlash build is.

Cursed and berserkers aren't skilled fighters in a traditional sense but they get the category at 1.30.
Arcane blades are also hybrid fighters/casters and they get it at 1.10.

Raise Wyrmic's Combat training mastery
It seems odd for Wyrmic's to have combat training at 1.00. Considering that they are a melee oriented class, they should have the category at 1.10 or 1.20.

I'd suggest not just randomly modding the dungeons (which functionally would be replacing them, but in lore wouldn't be), but actually replacing them (functionally and in lore) with other starter zones. Unarmed discipline is fairly bad, it might be better to just replace it with a new auto-unlocked tree. Having one of the talents disarm sounds like a great idea, it would be nice to keep push kick though(diving kicks are awesome).
