ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Changing to and from 1024 x 768 and 1280 x 768 full screen, the skills bars on the bottom of the screen starts to move down off screen. after doing this twice, I can no longer see the skill bar at all and new characters I make have this problem as well.
