The "PANIC" line is nothing to panic about. There is nothing obviously wrong in the log file, although this is typical of windows machines because they do not flush the log file and you can miss out error messages at the end (IIRC). You could try the "--flush-stdout" command-lin...

I am having the same problem too. I found an error in my stderr.txt file saying, "PANIC: unprotected error in call to Lua API (Unable to initialize: attempt to call a string value)", and I'm wondering if this is related to the problem. Unfortunately I don't know enough about Lua/T-engine ...
