Sorry to bump an old topic, but I have a dungeon where Urkis seems to have failed to spawn. However, I ran the dungeon straight through instead of using the Rod of Recall.

I can't seem to find Urkis anywhere on Tempest Peak. Weird.

I think I remember reading that you can work around the "x" bug by disabling video effect buffering...
