ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

I have the same issue with targeted skills but on a shadowblade, it ocurred to me for first time after leaving the fearscape with a random boss on a farportal.
A fix would be great but i can wait till B39 if it is close

Or: Play a dwarf bulwark. At least at the beginning it doesn't needs too much attention couse of armor+defence.

I think you should had nerfed stun instead, the like 50% dmg reduccion and half the number of skills put to cooldown.
