Console command to give yourself a talent tree
Debugging section in the wiki tells you how to access a talent, but not a tree. Can anyone help?

The equilibrium cost is quite high, but if you raise your Willpower over 30 you will start with a 0%. Wild gifts have no chance to fail until your equilibrium reaches your willpower, then it begins to quickly stack. That being said, I could definitely see a small cost decrease on some of the less-us...
