That seems like a crazy restriction. The one death I incurred in my entire time doing that was completely unavoidable, a random manathrust crit from the boss. But, I'll give it a go on Nightmare Roguelike....

Welp, turns out it was my fault. Clearing things out.

When fighting the Chronolith Twins, if a player kills them in the same turn that they are killed by them it will create an error in the following conversation which denies the player of the Rune of the Rift and simultaneously cause the portal back to Maj'Eyal to not spawn.

I noticed this just tonight, Chain Lightning is dealing 0 damage to any target not within the player's sight range. Not sure if it's intended to function that way or not, but I do know it used to hit and damage targets out of the player's sight range. It still damages all targets that the player can...
