The game run very slow, but not when moving mouse ??

as the title say i dont understand why the game run really slow to move the character from space to space but if i move the mouse it goes a lot faster ...

i am running windows 7 32bit with no cpu memory overloaded

i cant understand why if i move the mouse the game run 3x faster :o
