Concerning the Orc breeding pits. Is this a guaranteed dungeon?
I just played a game and could not find it in the east. Is there some lore that's needed for it to spawn?

Could the sandworm queen drop her loot in a nearby non-collapsing part of the floor, similar to xorn in daikara? She dropped her loot in a tunnel that collapsed and I had to wait about 5 minutes before a new tunnel was created over that spot.
