Void Star is almost exclusively used by archmages, since it comes from their starting area, yet its active ability does mind damage. I suggest giving it an ability with a damage type archmages actually use.

What's up with this message? I can't see any pattern to when I get it versus when I don't.

How do I tell/set which talents automatically trigger in which order? For example, if my archmage sets both Temporal Shield and Aegis to go off "when enemies are visible", Aegis triggers first and is wasted.

Regarding escorts: if you're lucky enough to get a thief, I would definitely go for Track instead. With decent Cun, it becomes godly, especially when combined with Vision. I am playing an aether mage, and unlike my Manathrust, my Arcane Vortex, and my Aether Breach (which are all working as expected), my Aether Beam is doing the same amount of damage whether my staff is set to +arcane or not (although the damage in its talent description updates correctly).

Command Staff says it has usage speed: spell (100% of a turn). It's actually instant to use. Projectiles don't move when you use it, for example.

At the moment, the Aether Beam description doesn't include a range for its beams or even a duration. I suggest including these things.

What determines the strength of an iceblock? For example, I just hit Urkis with Ice Shards for 263 damage. He got frozen with a 420-point iceblock. Where did that number come from?

Also, it was a 3-turn iceblock. What determines that, given that Ice Shards doesn't specify a duration?
