At this time, the Damage Shield Penetration stacked from equipped items (confirmed via battle logs).

I confirm the same behaviour for Pyro counter. Last damage not counted. Summarize all: Main fire worker-spell - Flame - can't install kill in most cases. And players can unlock windfire w/o munching. But ice worker-spell - Freeze - in most cases does oneshot kill. And very hard to unlock cryomancer ...

On my observations, the regular deceleration of loading/saving and so movement on a map - it is noticeable at a breakaway of communication with the server.
Probably, at the code there is an aggressive cycle of requests to network sockets?
