Thanks! That is exactly what the problem was. I dropped down my screen resolution to a different setting and I was able to start the game. From there I was able to change the resolution that the game starts in under options. It works great now!

I have Windows XP Home edition. Every time I download the latest Beta and try to run it on my computer it never loads.
