Update: Actually, it does work with bleed from sweep, just not from the Bleeding Edge bleed. Counterintuitive, as it has bleed in the name and bleeds them!

Figured out the problem btw, if anyone else has it. No idea what caused the problem or how, though.
Anyway, looked at his player file in the .teag and there was a "force_talent_ignore_resources = 1" somehow, changed it to it's rightful 0 and all is well.

I'd like to point out that of particular import for buffing bosses is Elandar: With the way dmg and scaling work he's 2-shottable by probably half of the classes, even on Madness. Poor showing if he want's to rule the world!

Not sure if this applies in 1.04 as well, or just the git version, but all the ammo I've found with bonus accuracy doesn't actually give it to you. Unless it's super secret and just doesn't show up on your character sheet accuracy value.
