All right, I found the correct folder, created fbo_active.cfg and typed in fbo_active = false.

It's still broken.

When I click on the t-engine.exe, the loading screen comes up for a second, the game locks up, I can hear music and see the cursor, but the screen is gone. It doesn't generate an error file for me.
