Would be nice to have a way to get Combat Training Technique in Infinite Dungeon game for classes which miss it by default (Archmage for example).

There is no US layout in settings at all, so in order to remove it, I need to add it first... Still it appears again after next ToME launch.

English (United States) keyboard layout appears after start
English (United States) keyboard layout appears in available layouts after ToME start.
Normally I have two layouts: English (United Kingdom) and Russian. Each time I start ToME additional layout (English - US) appears in the language bar (Windows 7 Home Premium x64, English version).
