Seconded. The only way to get around this is to drop/transfer all of the kind of gem you want to use and then extract them from metal until you get one of the kind you want. Then equip the golem with this one and repeat. Otherwise you have to actually buy gems.

I bound the leave menu command to the space bar, which solved most of the problem. However, even in the keybinding menu the game didn't recognize me pressing the ESC key. For those menus I can't leave by pressing space, I clicked on an area outside the menu, which did the trick.

I'm on an Acer V3-771G-9851, running Windows 8 (though I've done my best to make it work like Windows 7). This bug nearly makes the game unplayable.

Agrimley seems to have failed to spawn in my game - he's definitely nowhere on Maj'Eyal.

It's still not fixed as far as I can see. I downloaded b38 again, created a character, pressed x twice and the game crashed.

So, do we wait for b39 for a fix?
