Oh, right, I can search the vault for insane arena characters. Brain fart.

According to the "Realtime Game Statistics" on the website, there's only 1 player that's been given the "Master of Arena (Insane difficulty)" achievement... and I won the arena on insane a couple of days ago with a yeek summoner without too much of a struggle for most of the game...

I had this same issue in b21... halfling slinger on adventure, lvl 34, died for the sixth time, was ported to void, rested for cooldowns and went up to Eidolon and moved into him... and he disappeared.
