I confirm this bug, it can totally break the summoner playability... playing a shaloren summoner, I have 20 cunning and I'm in the camp. Suddenly I can only summon just one creature... manage to finish the dungeon anyway, and I enter the trollmire. Hooray, I can summon two creatures again! But then ...
