same bug happened to me, the logs say actor moved without starting position.

at the orc ambush after leaving dreadfel, my anorithil placed a jumpgate down, got "killed", and the stairs out was generated on top of the jumpgate, I turned off jumpgate, and it erased the stairs with it! Was stuck in there for 900 turns while the rod of recall recharged :( edit: the rod...

lets not be archaic and use confusing terms like "attack" that means accuracy. this way, "attack damage" can be shortened to just "damage".
