Arcane Destruction talent seems to scale with stats, but it does not say so in the description.

Seen one in Dreadfell level 1 in a vault. The same monster. I was at level 15.

There seems to be a bug in the apprentice mage quest.

While speaking to the mage, whenever you choose the dialog option to give an artifact and close the inventory window afterwards, the mage thanks you. Then it returns to the dialog menu.
