I've encountered this bug multiple times as well, playing without any add-ons. But if I remember correctly, the item is put only once into the inventory (transmog chest), you don't get multiple copies. I didn't try to transmogrify the old item before opening the golden chest and generating the item ...

Antimagic is weak right now, most agree with that. I prefer it would be a tree of just - better - passives effects and utilities. In fact I would prefer all generic trees that way. That could work too. The way things are now, only a few classes, most non melee, can fully use Antimagic.

Having all the talents use to same damage type can also be detrimental, like when you face creatures with immunities. It might seem weird mechanic wise, but flavour wise it is very natural the way it is. But then you could just use another tree, it would make much more sense. Another thing that bot...

Make all wyrmic skills follow the elemental aspect
Change "Wing Buffet", "Bellowing Roar" and "Swallow" to use the elements from the aspect drake (fire and sand). Right now I don't think they fit nicely within the theme.

Are you sure he's casting them, and not proccing them off arcane combat? It's quite common for me to see 3-4 earthen missile procs in a row on some runs. Is it possible to proc more then once per round? If you look at the 6th line, she was bleeding and no other bleeding message occur before her dea...

I don't know if it's intended, but the new Wing Buffet can hit twice sometimes. This occurs more commonly at levels 3 and up.
Also, the Possessed seems to cast too much Earthen Missiles.
