Finally, after many hours and even more dead summoners, I have my first YAVP. I've the same problem - playing as TW Shalore I cannot find Director. The point is, I don't even have Old Conclave Vault lore unlocked, but still Hompalan never spawns.

So, after years, true Tales Of Middle Earth died, replaced by YAFW, yet another fantasy world. Sad.

I was personally drawn to ToME4 by hearing it was set in the Fourth Age of Middle-Earth.

Me too, and that's why I'm against changing Middle Earth to Typical Fantasy World no. 3213123 or something like that.

What? Replacing Middle Earth for other world, probably another D&D-like crap? No way. ToME is AFAIK only roguelike set in Middle Earth, and that's a great advantage.
